SEASON PASS TERMS OF SERVICE

(Preferred Season Pass)
Effective Date: May 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of the Preferred Season Pass (“Season Pass”). By purchasing a Season Pass, you agree to the following terms.

1. Overview

The Season Pass is a season-based membership providing access to up to five (5) Mainstage Shows during the Member’s individual Membership Term (defined below).

Season Passes are offered in the following payment option:

  • Annual Plan (paid in full)

A Season Pass is a seasonal commitment. It is not a cancel-anytime or month-to-month subscription.

2. Season Definition & Membership Term

2.1 Definition of “Season”

For purposes of the Season Pass, a “Season” refers to the series of Mainstage Shows produced by the Company during the twelve (12) month period beginning on the Member’s date of purchase.

A Season is defined by the Member’s rolling twelve (12) month Membership Term and is not tied to a calendar year (January–December) or a fixed public production schedule.

2.2 Membership Term

The Season Pass is valid for twelve (12) consecutive months from the date of purchase (“Membership Term”).

During this Membership Term, the Member may redeem up to five (5) Mainstage Shows, subject to availability and the reservation requirements outlined below.

Any unused shows expire at the conclusion of the Membership Term and do not roll over.

2.3 Rolling Enrollment

Season Passes may be purchased at any time.

Upon purchase, a Member may immediately reserve at least one (1) eligible upcoming Mainstage Show, subject to availability within their seating tier.

3. Shows

A full Season Pass includes up to five (5) Mainstage Shows during the Membership Term.

Shows:

  • Must be reserved in advance

  • Are subject to availability within the eligible seating tier

  • Have no cash value

  • Expire at the end of the Membership Term

If fewer than five (5) Mainstage Shows are scheduled during the Membership Term, the Company may offer alternate redemption options at its discretion.

4. Payment Options

4.1 Annual Plan

Members paying annually receive access to all five (5) shows immediately upon purchase.

5. Reservation Requirements

All Members must reserve seating in advance.

Reservations:

  • Are subject to availability within the eligible seating tier

  • Close prior to performance as determined by the Company

  • Do not guarantee entry without confirmed reservation

Unreserved shows do not guarantee seating if a performance sells out.

The Company reserves the right to assign seating based on ticket tier, party size, and venue configuration.

6. Missed Shows

If a Member cannot attend a reserved performance:

  • Advance notice is required to reschedule

  • Missed shows without notice are forfeited

  • No refunds or credits will be issued

The Company may, at its discretion, allow limited rescheduling within the Membership Term.

6.1 Member & Guest Conduct

Members and their guests are expected to comply with all venue policies, posted rules, and instructions from Company staff while attending performances or events.

The Company reserves the right to refuse admission, remove any guest from the venue, or suspend or terminate Season Pass benefits without refund for disruptive, abusive, threatening, unlawful, unsafe, or intoxicated behavior, or for conduct that interferes with the experience, safety, or operations of the venue, staff, performers, or other guests.

Members are responsible for the conduct of any guests attending through transferred reservations associated with their Season Pass.

7. Preferred Season Pass Inclusions

The Preferred Season Pass includes admission to eligible Mainstage Shows during the Membership Term, priority seating, and one (1) drink and one (1) appetizer per redeemed performance from the designated Sip & Savor Menu.

Seating is pre-assigned based on ticket tier, party size, and availability. To ensure parties are seated together, all guests in the party must reserve the same ticket type and performance date.

Food and beverage inclusions:

  • Apply only when a valid show entitlement is redeemed

  • Are limited to one (1) drink and one (1) appetizer per redeemed performance

  • Have no cash value

  • May not be exchanged, substituted, transferred, or redeemed for cash unless otherwise permitted by the Company

  • Are subject to menu availability and operational changes

The Company reserves the right to modify seating areas, menu offerings, or included benefits at any time.

8. Transfers

Members may transfer individual show reservations to a guest with reasonable advance notice and subject to Company approval.

Transferred reservations remain subject to all Season Pass policies and venue rules.

Season Pass memberships themselves may not be resold, transferred, or assigned without the Company’s written consent.

9. Show Changes or Cancellations

If a Mainstage Show is rescheduled, reservations will transfer automatically to the new date.

If a show is canceled and not rescheduled, the Company may offer a replacement show, alternate reservation, or comparable credit at its discretion.

The Company is not responsible for travel costs, lodging expenses, or other incidental damages associated with canceled or rescheduled performances.

10. Automatic Renewal & Account Management

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, Season Pass memberships are enrolled in automatic renewal.

By purchasing a Season Pass, the Member authorizes the Company to charge the payment method on file for applicable renewal fees, taxes, and related charges for subsequent Membership Terms unless canceled prior to renewal.

Members may manage, update, or cancel their membership through their Can Can account.

To avoid renewal charges, cancellation requests must be completed prior to the applicable renewal processing date.

Renewal pricing, benefits, show offerings, and membership terms are subject to change upon notice from the Company.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for failed payments, suspected fraud, abuse of membership benefits, violations of venue policies, or violations of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the Season Pass, including but not limited to missed performances, scheduling changes, food or beverage substitutions, or inability to attend performances.

12. Food & Alcohol Service

Food and beverage offerings, including Sip & Savor inclusions, are subject to availability, substitution, and applicable laws and venue policies.

Alcohol service is available only to guests who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older with valid government-issued identification. The Company reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest at its sole discretion, including for intoxication, disruptive behavior, inability to provide valid identification, or any other lawful reason.

No refunds, credits, or substitutions will be issued for denied alcohol service.

Members and guests are responsible for informing the Company of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. The Company does not guarantee allergen-free preparation environments.

13. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable or deemed in breach of these Terms for any delay, cancellation, suspension, or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather events, natural disasters, fire, labor disputes, government actions, public health emergencies, utility failures, supply shortages, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such circumstances, the Company may reschedule performances, substitute performances or benefits, extend redemption windows, or provide alternative accommodations at its discretion.

14. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Season Pass or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and the Member consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Member agrees to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against the Company.

15. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms for future Membership Terms. Material reductions in benefits will not apply retroactively to active Members during their current Membership Term.
